Right onto Cherry Hill Rd. From 83 Take 83 toward the Maryland/Pennsylvania line Take Rt 439 toward Bel Air Turn Left onto Rt 23 (Norrisville Rd.) Turn Right onto Rt 136 (Harkins Rd.) Turn Right onto Rt 24 Go Through Traffic Circle staying on Rt. 24 South Turn Left onto Cherry Hill Rd. FYI: Patti's cell phone does not work at the Festival Site, so good luck with directions and you are on your own. If you get lost, try to get to the town of Bel Air or Forest Hill.
