Today is the day of salvation. Today is the day of change. Today is the day of intention and focus. A cold and gray Monday is a perfect day for these things. A warm and sunny Sunday is a perfect day for these things. Mind is the builder: we create our future, our day, our life – in our heads first. Where is your head these days? Focused on a loved lost? Focused on a rejection letter? Focused on what your mother said to you when you were ten years old that you still believe about yourself? It is not true, you know, what she said to you: for you are a piece of the divine one – you are perfect. The potential of you is unlimited and divine. Change your mind and change the future. Change your mind by changing the script you play in your head. Feed your mind with words that make your heart sing: “I am beautiful, I am smart, I am capable and able and oh so ready to create my true heart’s desire. I’ve got the will and the way and a new mind-set to help me move forward with love and laughter. “

We are all doing the best we can. Those in your life, even though they may have hurt you, were doing the best they can at the time, or they would have done better. That can free up a lot of space in your mind/body/spirit – the understanding of this idea. Then you won’t be going back and thinking of what in the world could possibly be wrong with you and them and the world and God, to make someone treat you the way you’ve been treated. It isn’t your fault or their fault or God’s fault, it is just that there are a lot of us here on planet earth, all on different paths, with different levels of development and with different perceptions of life and all that surrounds them. Try to release judgment of other’s actions – you are not in their shoes, not in their skin, and know not what/when/how or why they do things. Circumstances may vary. Just as they say, “results may vary” when it comes to the effects of certain products: life experiences and our perception of life and how we work, treat, and love others vary considerably too. It varies from person to person and experience to experience. She may have acted one way toward you yesterday but if she is moving on her path she will have changed already today and has a new opportunity in the way she will treat you. That is where cord cutting helps and the releasing of other people’s effects on your mind/body/spirit. It would be a good day when you can interact with your people with a new and clear connection of where they are today and where you are today; the less the past (or past lives) get involved, the clearer the communication/interaction. May you be blessed on this fine day. Release yourself from the past: how others have treated you and even past actions you’ve made. Start a clear line of communication and interaction with your people. They will feel the change and act accordingly.

Life’s like a jump rope: up down, up down, up down, up down. The trick is to enjoy the ups and be prepared for the downs. How can you be prepared? By being open and receptive – not by resisting but by “going with it.” The waves ride up and down; the tides come in and out; the seasons change; the volcano builds and explodes and new land is created. We are in motion! We are alive: the earth is alive, its inhabitants are living breathing thriving pulsing. It is how we work here on planet earth. Nothing is stagnant. You don’t want to be stagnant, do you? We sometimes feel that would make us happy: peace, quiet, calm. But that is not living, breathing, thriving, pulsing: that is death. We have much to do here – we can sleep when we need to but we can also dance when we want to. The snake lies dormant but then with the sunshine becomes active once again. Even the rocks change: even they are working, morphing, breaking down and rebuilding. Our civilizations build, thrive, and eventually die. We shift into new ways of doing things. Thank God/Goddess for that. Evolution is our goal. Learning, growing, becoming better and more understanding souls: becoming a better more understanding human race. Take time to sleep, yes, but remember, there is also time to build, celebrate, and procreate. This life is yours to live. Don’t miss it. Get out there and create something wonderful for yourself and mankind.

It is easy to feel down, lost or weak. And it is okay to feel vulnerable. It is in this vulnerable state where change often stems. The vulnerability of certain plants and animals can also be seen as their strength. The young sapling bends easily in the wind but because of that, survives another season. It is when we can’t bend, or change, do we break altogether. When we are feeling weak and vulnerable, let us keep that in mind. Move with it. Just a little bend this way, a little flow that way. Just another breath and tear may be enough to ride the storm out so that you can then grow two inches toward the light. For there and then you will blossom. But it took that bend in the path, that obstacle, that time of vulnerability, to create the need for change. And for that we are thankful.

Take the time to realize, we are one. I am of the same species as you; we are related. We live in the same state, country, world; you are my brother and I am your daughter. We are all one: we breathe the same air and walk the same soil and swim in the same waters. So does our brothers the dolphin and the whale. Our brother, the falcon and hawk, fly in the same sky. And the lands that we walk on have been teaming with life for eons of time, but lately we stopped noticing. We are one here on planet earth. Let us start recognizing this and start gathering up our resources to share with others, while taking care to not jeopardize our mother gaia who supplies us with these resources. Let us collectively vow to care for the glorious animals that grace us with their power, strength and beauty. They have so much to teach us. We use to watch them and notice, but lately we watch television and computers instead. Let us stop fighting amongst our human family over religion, land and money. Let us help our brother to feel the human experience as a chance to learn and grow instead of a chance to destroy and harm their neighbor. How do we do all these things? We start with working on ourselves. Creating love within that can be shared with the world; caring for our dog so we can better campaign for a threatened animal species. Changing the way we communicate with our spouse, mother, neighbor, before running for public office. Let us work on ourselves so we can better serve the whole: for when we serve the whole, we serve the one.

Talk to your mother, your brother, your boss and neighbor. Have you ever REALLY talked to them – besides the small talk – besides the how do you do and shake hands? You will be surprised how much you can create just by communicating with another with an open heart – allowing time for processing and understanding. People crave this type of contact but rarely get it. Everyone is so rush rush rush these days, it is only on one’s death bed are there ever conversations about who did what to whom and how they regretted it. Today is a good day to air out some laundry. But this in depth conversation should be approached with an openness and a willingness to grow and learn and understand. The person you are communicating with will hopefully pick up your vibe and follow suit. Either way, it is a good practice for you to be more present in the moment: present in other people’s energy and “stuff” with a willingness of open acceptance and understanding. In other words, love. Talk to your people today; you may be surprised and what you’ll find – about them and about yourself.

We all need someone to lean on. No human is beyond that. We may think we are, but then notice how much another helped us during a bad day, week, month, illness, lifetime. Who are these people you lean on? Do you recognize them as such? Gratitude and thank yous go a long way for these saints. They live for providing service, so reward them with your grace. So many people walk around alone and confused. Can’t you see it? Can’t you feel it? I know you can. We are becoming more empathic so we can see and feel our brother’s pain. Help thy brother by giving them your hand. Reward those for helping you by acknowledging them, as I acknowledge you. Love is meant to be spread around. Keep it moving forward as we all grow and heal. We all need someone to lean on as we ascend, as a group, onward and upward.

Break free of the ties that hold you down. Can you imagine the freedom? You would feel so free and so light, you will think you can fly (or levitate). What are the ties that bind you? They may differ as you grow and change. There may be some ties to your past or ties to your past lives or ties to people in the past from your past lives J. Do they all bind? Do they all hold you down? In a sense, yes. That is why it is good to recognize them and begin to loosen and eventually let go. If we came here without any ties, however, we may find difficulty working in this world. Though the newer generations seem to have less and less ties: the indigos and crystals; those with Autism. But in this society, that is how we usually work: with ties in the form of families, spouses, sisters and brothers and jobs and homes and home towns and commitments to some, or all of them. Some people can float around all the above and be free – while others need more stability/connection in their lives to feel secure. Freeing yourself from the hardened way of thick and restrictive ties can be liberating. Just know that others may be more comfortable in the more traditional way of living. Eventually, we will all be free; lightened; enlightened. But until then, let us recognize our ties and how they affect our feelings of liberation and/or restriction.

Sometimes we connect and sometimes we break the connections. How and when that happens is important in our spiritual growth and protection. It is important to be impeccable with our word, impeccable with how we relate to our spouses, lovers, mothers, children. Here is the greatest test, or challenge, but also the greatest reward. If you have people in your life that rub you the wrong way and you want to break free of them, ask for support from the heavens and be as honest and loving as possible as you change your relationship with that individual. You don’t have to suffer with someone you cannot stand to be around, however, as you begin to change that relationship, as you stand in your power and be impeccable with your word and speak from your heart space, you will find the core of the issues and true healing and/or resolution will occur naturally. Be patient and kind and speak from your soul-space and you may find that a relationship you wanted to initially end will remain, though now in a different form. This is real love: being able to be honest and live in integrity. We can better relate to people each day when we break the cords that bind us energetically. This allows us to be less influenced by the past energetic/emotional exchanges we’ve had with these people. This can also relate to past lives. Ask Arch Angel Michael to cut all cords between you and that person (or all people) and then you can clearly deal with them, in a new way, like it is a new day. Be impeccable with your word and speak from your heart and good luck in relating.

What are you afraid of? Do you know your power? Can you tap into the power you hold and are capable of? The infinite source of power is at your disposal and all you need to do is tap into it. But you must be prepared ; you must know in your heart/mind/body/and soul that you are part of the infinite source and you are worthy of such. To be a clear channel is key. If you start wielding power and are blocked in your chakra and energy system, you’ll just be running power through you that gets lodged in various places in your body. That can be detrimental to your health. Have others help you clear these parts in you that are stuck through energy work, processing old scars (samskaras), and through self-work of clearing and balancing. Your self-work is also a belief system to hold. I am light, I am love, I am the not alone on my path. I have divine protection to call upon who help me. Asking for help from above is paramount in these times of the thinning veil. We cannot do this using ego, but instead, we should open and ask. This takes place in the form of letting go and letting God/Goddess (or divine source). This takes place by FAITH, HOPE AND LOVE. Does that sound familiar? It is a beautiful place to be and that space attracts all that is good and just – just for you. Especially when you ask for power so that you may better help others.
