KarmaFest Sponsor or
Vendor?




SPONSOR INFORMATION
The cost of sponsorship is only $300 (or $200 if you sign up by February 1).  And with
that, you get your company's name on all advertisement, as well as having a table or
space at KarmaFest for both days.  You may also consider being part of the lecture
schedule.  With the high cost of advertisement these days, you may want to consider
the option of being a Sponsor.  

Advertisement for 2008 will be similar to that of 2007.  Last year's festival included print
(full page article with pictures in The Aegis, Women's I Magazine, and HealthQuest
Magazine, along with ads in Living Well Magazine, On Purpose Magazine, and The City
Paper).  KarmaFest was also advertised on WYPR, in fliers, and on the web.

VENDOR INFORMATION
KarmaFest is especially seeking Artisans, Crafters, Psychics, and Healers
(Massage Therapists, Reiki Masters, Reflexology Therapists, etc.)
KarmaFest is also looking for natural food vendors,
especially vegetarian cuisine.

The cost to be a vendor is only $150 for one day, or $200 for both days.  Service
vendors, such as massage therapists, reiki masters, reflexologists, psychics, and the
like, will make their "table money" back quickly (and can charge whatever they wish for
their service, in whatever increment they would like - i.e. $30 for half hour of reiki; or
advertise specials, such as a 10 minute foot massage, for $15).  Product vendors also
did well in previous KarmaFests and remarked that their sales were better at
KarmaFest than in higher volume shows.

Most vendors will be outside requiring vendors to bring their own table/chairs/tent.   
Except for the following: Massage Therapists and Energy Workers (and others
requiring privacy) will be located in the big white tent.  These vendors are required to
bring their own massage table/chair and table for demonstration, etc.  Readers
(psychics/tarot/etc.) will be located in the psychic pavilion (and outdoor, open air
pavilion).  These vendors may use picnic tables provided, or bring their own
demonstration table and chairs.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING OVERNIGHT STAY:

The Dorms Are "Rustic" with Bunk Bed Sleeping and Limited Heat.  
We suggest bringing a warm sleeping bag, a pillow, towel and toiletries
(and limited valuables).  

Showers are available.

Dorms will be divided into male and female.  

YOU MAY PITCH A TENT NEAR THE DORMS FOR THE SAME PRICE.  
HOWEVER, YOU MUST MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR TENT CAMPING,
AS WELL AS DORMITORY STAY.
