- What is KarmaFest? KarmaFest is Maryland's Ultimate
Holistic/Psychic//Yoga Festival that is fun, relaxing, educational and
enlightening! This is KarmaFest's Third Year in Existence, and each
year just keeps getting better and better! Thank you to last year's
